Pub Pricing Guide
For retail groups with a tenanted or leased estate, or for individual licensees, it can be difficult to obtain competitive information. The Pub Pricing Guide was specifically designed for the non-managed Pub and Operator, providing pricing information to Landlord and operator alike.
Features
The outlet form is pre-printed and mailed by CGA to the landlord. Included is a freepost envelope for the return of the completed form. CGA process the returned form and send copy to the landlord and their business development manager showing local market price position and competitive stocking. All data is brand specific.
Applications
The reports can be used to help in business planning, product range review, reality check and can be aggregated for corporate information needs.
Production Schedule
Quarterly. A simple form is completed by the Landlord of each of the nominated outlets, giving the prices of products stocked. Each Landlord who completes a form will receive the Pub Pricing Guide, showing his own prices compared to the average for the area.
Format
Paper questionnaire for completion by the Landlord. Paper report on pricing returned to the Landlord and to the operator as required.
