Place Settings was developed by CACI and CGA in partnership. These are market leading insight providers to the on-trade. CACI and CGA's combined expertise has created a unique and accurate model of on trade market catchment potential that will be invaluable to business for the management and developers of their pub, restaurant hotel and club assets.
- It covers over 2,200 centres in Great Britain including some 54,000 licensed premises.
- Built using CGA Strategy's Outlet Index it includes every public on-trade drinking establishment in Great Britain from small licensed cafés and community locals through to premium restaurants, nightclubs and cinemas within these critical centres.
- CACI's sophisticated gravity modelling techniques, catchment size and penetration are determined by the interaction of competing centres and their accessibility
- The centres are classified into one of 28 classes each segmented by the size, quality and wet/dry mix of venues.
- Classes cover a dynamic range of locations from National Centres, Premium City Centres and Shopping/Leisure locations through to Value Led Urban Suburbs and Stand Alone Rural Outlets.
- Each centre is uniquely assessed combining all the factors that affect performance of on-trade venues.
