• Provable experience in a telephone/ telesales environment.
• A reasonable standard of general education/ computer literacy.
• An excellent telephone manner, with organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• A friendly, outgoing and inquiring nature.
• Able to work up to 16 hours a week.

Our success is founded on 'Outlet Index' a comprehensive database of the 140,000 premises that make up the UK licensed trade. We need someone who can undertake detailed telephone research with a knowledgeable, confident, friendly, yet efficient manner. In return we can offer competitive hourly rates based on experience and performance (your telephone bill will also be paid).

Based at home, these roles are important to the management of our business data and involves calling a wide range of licensed premises to obtain stocking and general venue information. A reasonable level of computer literacy and familiarity with the on trade industry would be an advantage - although full training will be provided. The hours of work will vary from 10am-8pm depending on requirements, and there may also be occasional Saturday working.
