CGA Strategy is the UK's leading market intelligence consultancy specialising within the £24 billion 'on trade' licensed sector (pubs, clubs, bars etc). Operating solely within this fascinating industry, our clients make up the who's who list of major drinks producers including all beer, cider, wine and spirits producers as well as all leading retailers and pub companies.

Following a recent strategic partnership with the world's largest market research company, we are looking for ambitious, talented people to play critical roles in the next stage of our development, and ultimately to be the future managers and directors of our rapidly growing business.

The Role

• Initially you will gain a detailed understanding of the full CGA product portfolio and how our class leading data helps clients uncover key insights to improve business performance.
• Working closely with experienced Data Analysts and Account Managers, you will rapidly develop your skills to ultimately play a crucial role in the delivery of outstanding market intelligence to our blue chip customers.
• Processing, manipulating and interpreting various data sources you will work as part of a team to maintain and optimise a wide range of databases, regular reports and bespoke data projects in order to deliver a first class service to the broader business.

The Person

• Naturally inquisitive.
• Very IT literate, ideally with Microsoft Access skills.
• Detail focussed with strong completer/finisher traits.
• Highly numerate and comfortable manipulating data.
• Degree qualified, ideally with some analytical or research element.
• Strong team player with good written and spoken English language skills.
• Ambitious, hard working and interested in the drinks industry.
